Kids sitting in a circle on the mat listening to their coach

After school, somewhere better than an empty house

Weekdays from 4 to 6 pm, kids about 8 and up get supervised time to finish homework and time to move, with coaches in the room the whole time.

Built for the 4 o'clock gap

School lets out mid-afternoon. Work doesn't. For kids who are too young to be home alone but too old for daycare, those two hours are the hardest part of the week to cover.

Our After School Program covers them, five days a week. Your child gets a place to start homework while it's fresh, coaches who know their name, and time on the mats to burn off a day of sitting at a desk.

At 6, Monday through Thursday, evening judo and wrestling classes begin. Kids 9 and up with a class membership can roll straight into class, and you pick up at 7:30 instead.

After-school questions

Do you pick kids up from school?

Not yet. Parents drop off at the academy. School pickup is something we're discussing, and we'll announce it if we add it.

What do kids do from 4 to 6?

It's supervised time at the academy, with time to get homework done and time on the mats. Coaches are in the room the whole time.

What ages is it for?

About 8 and up. It's built for kids who aren't ready to be home alone after school but are old enough to work on homework independently.

What if I'm running late?

Pickup is by 6 pm. If you're stuck in traffic, call or text (405) 814-0243 so we know. Kids 9 and up with a class membership can also stay for evening judo or wrestling, Monday through Thursday at 6.

Does it include judo or wrestling classes?

The After School Program is its own membership. If your child wants to join the 6 pm judo or wrestling classes too, add a Beginner or Athlete membership and they can go straight from one to the other.
